Community Friend

After working in the world of theater for 48 years I have been working for Partneriaeth Ogwen as a Friend of the Community since January 2023. I am a very social and energetic person and I love having the opportunity to visit and have a chat with various older residents of the Dyffryn Ogwen area, and also be helpful to them if necessary. Some of the elderly people I visit feel very lonely at times and are delighted to have the opportunity to have a conversation and put the world in its place. I feel very privileged to have a crucial job like this, where I have the opportunity to support, and hopefully also improve the quality of life of older people in our community.
